Who We Are
Your approach to borrowing is just one piece of the broader financial puzzle, and sometimes securing the cheapest loan in the short-term may not support your long-term aspirations.
We go where most brokers and banks can’t; working with our wider SB Group team to seek guidance from experts in accounting, business structures, tax, and financial planning to ensure a bespoke approach to borrowing that works for you.
With loans from 32 financial institutions at our disposal, we will create a lending solution that suits your goals.
A mortgage broker is the conduit between you, the client, and a lending facility (ie a bank). They will oversee the entire process and help you to select the best lending solution for your needs, and will continue to review your loan well into your contract.
We can help with plant and equipment financing.
LEARN MORE
Firstly, your broker will work with you to understand your position. What are your financial goals? What assets do you current own? What’s your current financial position vs your dream financial position? How do you plan to achieve your goals? What is your borrowing power?
Next step is to create a list of goals – short, media and long-term objectives, so you can clearly see where you want to go and how you will get there.
It’s at this point that your broker may recommend speaking with an expert from SBB Partners to provide additional advice and guidance relevant to your financial position.
Then it’s time to find the right loan for your financial position that dovetails into your plan. Your lending should be a byproduct of your financial aspirations, not a retrofit that forces your life to fit your loan. Your loan should fit your life!
From here, your SBB Lending broker will work on your behalf to find the best possible lending outcome from a panel of 32 financial institutions.
All they need is formal identification and copies of supporting documentation required for the application.
They will handle the entire process, from the initial application through to the credit process, documentation, approvals, signing of the contracts etc.
Be aware that the cheapest loan isn’t always the best. Sometimes by saving $100 a week by selecting the cheapest rate could prevent you from benefiting from an additional $3000 refund at tax time.
But settlement is not the end of your SBB Lending journey.
Life changes, and so too should your lending solutions. The most important part of your lending strategy is a commitment to constantly reviewing it.
Your broker will continue to check in to make sure your loan still fits your life, and to recommend changes where required, with a formal review delivered two years into your lending journey.
They will also keep your bank honest, keeping an eye on interest rate changes and new products on the market.
