Matt Gnech

Matt Gnech is passionate about lending, and about genuinely helping his clients achieve their personal and financial goals.

With more than 20 years’ experience in banking and lending, six of those with SB Lending, Matt is a fully qualified financial management and mortgage broker.

Having worked previously in retail and commercial banking roles, Matt understands the importance of finding the right loan for each client and their individual needs.

His diverse client portfolio includes manufacturing, retail, wholesale, international trade, medical, engineering, professional services, and construction.

Matt Gnech is a credit representative (476923) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760 (Credit Licence Number 391237).

KATRINA WEBB

Katrina Webb is highly experienced within the banking and loan industry. Starting her career in property conveyancing, Katrina gained a wealth of knowledge around the sale and acquisition of property.

From here, she moved into the banking industry where she broadened her experiences and worked as a senior loans processing officer.

Katrina has completed a Certificate III in Business, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Having spent more than 11 years’ working within finance and more specifically property finance, Katrina boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has a strong commitment to her clients and strives to make the process of buying a new home or refinancing a current loan as easy as possible.

Mel brown

After working in the childcare industry for over 13 years and starting a family of her own, Melissa decided to make a career change; commencing a role as Client Services Manager within the finance industry.

In the last 2 years, Melissa has completed a Certificate III in Business and continues to develop her knowledge and skills to ensure she successfully creates positive outcomes for our valued clients and strong relationships with our lenders.

what is a mortgage broker?

A mortgage broker is the conduit between you, the client, and a lending facility (ie a bank). They will oversee the entire process and help you to select the best lending solution for your needs, and will continue to review your loan well into your contract.

Unlike brokers that work for banks or national franchise chains, SB Lending brokers are completely independent, without ties to any of their 32 partner lenders. This really opens up the playing field for SBB Lending clients in Ipswich, Brisbane and beyond.

Their only duty of care, by law, is to their clients, and their interests and advice must be aligned accordingly.
